Return Window

Ready-to-ship items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Eligible Items

• Standard ready-to-ship apparel and accessories in original condition.
• Size exchanges subject to availability — we recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made, bespoke, and made-to-order garments.
• Bridal couture unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
• Items marked final sale or purchased during special promotions (unless stated otherwise).
• Garments showing signs of wear, alteration, perfume, or damage.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email connect@khyatiretails.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if relevant.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions within 24–48 hours.
3. Ship the item back in original packaging using the provided return address.
4. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect. COD orders receive refunds via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or colour, mention your preference when contacting us. If the replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
