Delivery Coverage

We ship across India through Shiprocket and partner couriers. International shipping may be available on request — please contact us before placing an order from outside India.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2,999.
• Standard shipping charges apply below the free-shipping threshold and are calculated at checkout based on pincode and order weight.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may incur an additional handling fee where applicable.

Processing Time

• Ready-to-ship pieces: dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
• Made-to-order pieces: dispatch timeline is shown on the product page (typically 14–21 days). You will receive updates via SMS/email.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, most metro deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days. Tier-2 and remote locations may take 7–12 business days. You will receive tracking details via email and SMS when your order ships.

Packaging

Every Khyati order is packed in protective garment bags and sturdy outer packaging to preserve embellishments in transit. Bridal and heavy couture may ship in specialised boxes.

Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged or is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@khyatiretails.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
