• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.
• Made-to-order timelines are estimates; delays due to artisan processes or force majeure may occur.

Orders & Payment

Order confirmation constitutes acceptance subject to stock availability and payment verification. We accept payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and COD where offered. Failed payments may result in order cancellation.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the address provided. See our Shipping Info for details.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Exchange and Refund Policy. Custom, bespoke, and final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
